Two new employées have joined our team in the prior few months.
 
Blair Hanel, 44, based in Barossa Valley, Australia, and Fabrice Pajeau, 36, based at Tonnellerie Baron and OXOline headquarters  in Saintes.
 
Blair, now in charge of the Australian market is an oenologist who has worked extensively throughout  Australia (Coonawarra, Hunter Valley, Barossa Valley ...) and also in France.
 
Fabrice, a graduate of the School of Oenology  in Toulouse, has worked as a winemaker in Côte du Rhône, Spain, Cahors and Charentes.  At home in the Charentes, Fabrice’s heart has always been in Cognac, so he is perfectly suited to overseeing this market for Tonnellerie Baron.
 
The technical knowledge of Blair and Fabrice with respect to oak, wine, and spirits, as well as their expérience as winemakers working with différent cooperage programs make them idéal choices to represent Tonnellerie Baron and OXOline in their respective markets.
